d rubber bracelets with logo because they are cost-effective ways of making a statement and promoting a brand or a cause. Custom rubber bracelets with logo for corporate and organizational mass production are one of the promotional materials that are not easily thrown away by people because they’re useful and have a fashionable use. They even come in many colors and sizes. People will readily wear these silicone rubber bracelets because celebrities and athletes also use these bracelets as accessories. Rubber bracelets have been traced all the way back to the 1980s, when Cyndi Lauper and Madonna would wear them in their music videos. These bracelets were also known as Jelly Bracelets. The bracelets resurfaced again in the late 1990s. Nike used the rubber bands as bracelets and had several NBA players promote them. These were also known as baller bands or baller ids. Teenagers also sported these bands with messages like “cutie” and “hottie.” However, this trend did not last long again because real rubber would get stuck on the skin or hair and cause irritation. However, rubber bracelets made a comeback in 2004. Decorated cyclist Lance Armstrong, who was diagnosed with testicular cancer, teamed up with Nike and produced LiveStrong customized rubber bracelets. LiveStrong was the motto of Armstrong’s cancer research foundation. The sales of these bracelets raised more than $28 million. Other companies and organizations followed the example of Armstrong and used customized rubber bracelets to promote their brand and cause. The silicone rubber bracelets are improved versions of the old rubber bands because the former does not irritate the skin and has a great texture. The logo can simply be embossed on the band, which can come in various colors.             rubber-jelly-bracelets

just like every other rubber bracelet in town. Creating simple bracelets using rubber bands is not as hard as you may think. In fact, it is possible to assemble a great-looking bracelet in a very short period of time. Step 1 Select a rubber band that fits comfortably around your wrist. It is okay if the band is slightly loose, as it will form the core of the final design for your bracelet. Step 2 Choose thinner rubber bands of different colors that will work with the color of the core band. Cut the additional bands into strings that you can weave or wrap around the core band to create texture. Step 3 Use the sharp tip of the scissors to create a small puncture in the body of the core band. Slide one end of a thinner rubber band through the slit. Tie a knot on the back side in order to hold the string in place. Step 4 Settle on one of two design elements for the bracelet. One option is to tie a second knot on the surface of the core band, then clip off the excess. Repeat the pattern around the core band, using a mix of different colors. An alternative approach is to space additional slits so the strings can be used to create the look of stitching. Remember to tie off the end of the string by making a knot on the back side of the core band. Step 5 Consider personalizing the surface of the rubber bracelet with stenciling. Position the stencil in between the stitches or knots. Use the markers or the model paint to fill in the design or letter on the stencil. Contrasting colors for the stenciling will make the bracelet even more original. Skill: Moderately Easy Ingredients: Rubber bands in various colors and sizes Scissors Model paint or permanent markers Stencil Tip: Always make sure the bracelet is comfortable and does not restrict blood flow through the wrist. Also make sure the body of the bracelet does not pull on any small hairs in the area of the wrist. Warning: Test all the marecycled silicone wristbandsterials used to make the bracelet in advance. The goal is to make sure you are not allergic to the rubber or the ingredients of the ink or paint. An allergic reaction could be painful as well as cause the wrist to discolor.             wide-rubber-bracelets

ge or logo. It is direct way to check if wording, colors of bracelet and logo are correct. We are willing to make several mock-ups for your reference. We make a mould and set it in the machine, the high temperature of about 200℃ will solidify rubber into the sharp of bracelet. A mould is made from copper. A film is functioned like a mould but it is for printed wristband only. It transfer the ink to the surface of bracelet as logo and wording. 3rd  Prepare the rubber material. A rubber bracelet is mainly made from silicone rubber, and some other accessories like curing agent which solidify the soft rubber, and Color masterbatch which makes bracelet colored. We will mix these material evenly in a blender. It comes out a ball of rubber. We need to measure it into blocks of almost same weight which as much as the weight of a wristband. Normal size of 202*12mm bracelet is weighted about 6g. 4th  Produce bracelets by the mould. As we mentioned before in 2nd and 3rd step, we will transfer  the blocks to bracelets by a set of moulding machine of high temperature. When it cool down, it gets the characteristic of a bracelet, smooth and strengthened. 5th Edge cutting. A semi-product of rubber bracelet has rough edges, we have to cut it off. The rough edge is cut by machine. It will be good. 6th Color the logo and wording The bracelet comes out from moulding machine without colors on the logo and lettering. We have to fill the ink or print the ink on the bracelet. Different style has different way of printing. 7th Clean the product As the bracelet has static electricity, dust will be on the surface and hard to move off. So we need to clean the bracelet before packing. We usually wash it with water once. After washing, we will check the quality. 8th Packing and delivery We count the quantity by weighting. Normally packing will be 100pcs/bag, and 2500pcs/ctn.  Individual packing is available.
